About Colloidal Silver & Color Changes
Colloidal silver is a suspension of tiny silver nanoparticles in water. Its colour comes from the nanoparticles scattering and absorbing light — and that depends heavily on particle size. When it gets cold, the silver nanoparticles tend to clump together and grow bigger. As particles aggregate, their optical behaviour changes and the colloid shifts from its usual yellowish-amber to grey. Cold can also destabilize the colloid itself — the silver settles or forms larger clusters that trap light instead of staying dispersed.

- Do not refrigerate or freeze

Returns
- Restocking fee of 20% on all items returned due to postal issues, such as incorrect address, or left at postal outlet as not picked up by the customer.

Returns are easy and simple. A Customer may return any non-perishable item for a full refund as long as the product is in its original re-sale able condition, is within 30 days of purchase, and is valued at over $50. Items under $50 may not be returned.

A credit will be issued to the sender’s credit card within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item.

If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, either a gift certificate (within 7 days) or credit to the original card charged will be issued within 30 days less a 15% restocking fee.
