Our Complexion Bars are botanical facial and body cleansing bars crafted using a very old French process called milling — and the reason matters. Conventional soap making generates extreme heat during saponification that destroys the therapeutic compounds in essential oils, rendering them largely decorative. Our process is different: the soap base is first made and fully cured, then hand-grated and melted down under low heat — only at this stage are the pure essential oils added, preserving their full botanical potency. The soap is then cured a second time. The result is what we call a Phyto-forced Complexion Bar — exceptionally hard, long-lasting, and genuinely carrying the healing benefits of aromatherapy in every wash.

Each bar is formulated with skin-specific essential oils chosen for their therapeutic action on complexion — whether calming rosacea and reactive skin, clearing congested and acne-prone skin, or supporting aging and dry skin. These are not decoratively scented soaps. The botanical actives are structurally preserved and bioavailable at the skin surface.

And of course — these bars are equally wonderful for the body. We highly recommend them for full-body use.

How to Use

Wet skin with a clean face cloth using warm water. Lather bar with fingertips and apply to face. Rinse thoroughly with a tepid damp face cloth, ensuring skin is left completely clear. Using a face cloth creates a gentle, beneficial exfoliating action with every cleanse.
