Returns
Restocking fee of 20% on all items returned due to postal issues, such as incorrect address, or left at postal outlet as not picked up by the customer.
Returns are easy and simple. A Customer may return any non-perishable item for a full refund as long as the product is in its original re-sale able condition, is within 30 days of purchase, and is valued at over $50. Items under $50 may not be returned.
A credit will be issued to the sender’s credit card within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item.
If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, either a gift certificate (within 7 days) or credit to the original card charged will be issued within 30 days less a 15% restocking fee.
This is another one of my go to products Suzanne carries. There is a reason why it is called Sacred Frankincense Hydrosol. This is another one of my favorite products. When I open the bottle and smell that wonderful aroma, my head just seems to be filled with delight. It is as if I am tapping into the Divine Feminine and I feel gorgeous and girly (and I am 75 years old). My skin absorbs it so easily and feels soft and supple. There are three hydrosols that I always have on hand that I purchase from Natural Beauty Skincare. The first one is the Organic Rosewater Facial Mist. I use it as a toner and add it to my face creams. The minute I open the bottle I am pulled right into my heart space. The aroma is subtle and yet the effect on my body and mind and soul is immediate. It makes you feel way better than plain water mists like Evian because the frequency of 80organic roses is hitting your face and the scent hits your limbic system of the brain and affects neurochemicals like serotonin...the happy neurochemical.
The cleansing milk is my go to. I love the way my skin feels and looks after this first step.
I started using Aroma Gliw Face Complex since 2019 and have never turned back since. Light and nourishing, doesn't clog the pores. If I can only bring 1 skincare product to a deserted island, this would be it. An excellent product for aging and sensitive skin.

This is my first time using the eye cream from Natural Beauty, and I believe it's a new product. I waited for a few weeks to make sure that I can give it a fair comment. Voila, another good product from Natural Beauty, moisturizes really well, not greasy at all, my eye area is firmer. It really well and 1 jar goes really far!
I love the scent of this lotion. it gives me the most luxurious feeling, as in the name "roman" chamomile. Purposely I use it for my hands in the office where I often get anxious, stressed and overwhelmed. This lotion calms my mind and I feel soothed and so relaxed. For me this is the best hand lotion to use it in the office!

thankyou for sharing. In English: Melaleuca leucophylla has a milder aroma than tea tree essential oil. It can improve the discomfort of colds and coughs. Sometimes just adding a few drops to hot water and steaming it to smell it can have a good effect. Green Melaleuca essential oil is not expensive. I often use this essential oil in facial care for acne-prone skin, and I have received good feedback from customers that it has anti-inflammatory and reducing effects.
This was the first of the rose products I purchased. It's gorgeous... fragrance and texture.

I have been using Natures Creations skin and essential oil products for years. I’m a life long sun lover who is not into makeup or unnatural skin care products and have many years of accumulative sun damage. Until recently, the odd brown spot or redness didn’t bother me. I developed, over time, some red swollen areas which turned into pustules across my face and were diagnosed as rosacea. You can also use the Organic Rosewater multiple times a day...takes the heat out and calms immediately. In the summer I like to keep it in the fridge so its nice and cool.

I have used your products for years since you had that store in North Vancouver. And I mean years. This frankincense mist is in a category all of its own. It is almost as if it lightly kisses the pores of my skin as it seeps in and feeds them and replenishes them from the ground up. That makes sense to me because it does the same thing with my energy. It grounds me and brings me back to my true self, in the same way it does with the cells of my skin. I like spraying it on my face just before I go to sleep . It protects me In the same way it protects my skin. What a wonderful gift this mist is.
This is another one of Suzanne's wonderful facial mists. I love this one for its toning affect on my complexion. I love this product. I find it very moisturizing for my dry skin, and it really does last all day long. I was hesitant to order on line, because I used to shop "in store" in North Van. However, the quality of the products is still top notch and I will not hesitate to order other products as I need them. The scent is also beautiful, mild and gentle.
