All orders are shipped Canada Post or UPS ground unless otherwise specified. In stock orders received Sun-Thurs are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. All orders $500 or over require a signature upon delivery.

Returns
- Restocking fee of 20% on all items returned due to postal issues, such as incorrect address, or left at postal outlet as not picked up by the customer.

Returns are easy and simple. A Customer may return any non-perishable item for a full refund as long as the product is in its original re-sale able condition, is within 30 days of purchase, and is valued at over $50. Items under $50 may not be returned.

A credit will be issued to the sender’s credit card within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item.

If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, either a gift certificate (within 7 days) or credit to the original card charged will be issued within 30 days less a 15% restocking fee.
