Cocoa butter (Theobroma cacao) is one of the most studied natural skin moisturizers in dermatology. Directions

Warm a small amount between your palms until it melts, then massage into clean skin. Focus on dry areas such as elbows, knees, heels, and hands. Best applied after bathing while skin is still slightly warm. A little goes a long way.
