Refillable Products

Refilling is a great way to reduce waste and reuse beautiful glass bottles.  Although we did try to implement a refill program 20yrs ago, unfortunately it didn't take.  We suspect, like many of out business practices, we were ahead of the curve.  But in the last couple of years our customers have been requesting this service.  We want you to know that we are listening and taking action in response to our customers wants and needs.  We are very happy to offer this service for many of our products.  

However, we will only refill our glass bottles.

And it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the bottles have been properly cleaned.  If the we feel the bottle is not clean we will reserve the right not to refill, simply because we always want your skincare to be excellent quality.

• All orders are shipped Canada Post or UPS ground unless otherwise specified. In stock orders received Sun-Thurs are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. All orders $500 or over require a signature upon delivery.

• We ship worldwide.  Shipping charges will vary depending on country of destination.
  

    All shipments to freight forwarding companies are not insured due to past losses - multiple lost packages and missing product.  All packages sent via Freight Forwarders will receive tracking but we will not be held responsible for lost or missing product or package.

  Returns
• Restocking fee of 20% on all items returned due to postal issues, such as incorrect address, or left at postal outlet as not picked up by the customer.

• Returns are easy and simple. A Customer may return any non-perishable item for a full refund as long as the product is in its original re-sale able condition, is within 30 days of purchase, and is valued at over $50. Items under $50 may not be returned.

• A credit will be issued to the sender’s credit card within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item.

• If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, either a gift certificate (within 7 days) or credit to the original card charged will be issued within 30 days less a 15% restocking fee.
