CLEAN toes of any nail polish.
SOAK Feet Fill basin or large bowl with warm water, 1/4 cup of Epsom Salts, 3 drops Peppermint and 5 drops Lavender essential oil and mix well. Soak feet for 10 minutes.
SCRUBSlough off dead skin from lower legs and feet using the scrub you made
SMOOTHEN With the Foot File gently rub heels and balls of feet to remove rough, excess skin. Rinse off in basin of water.
SHAPE Clip and file toenails to desired length. With good clippers, clip toenails straight across and smooth edges with nail file.
NAILS Create healthy nails by using nail buffer to remove dead skin on nail beds. Apply Cuticle Oil to nourish and strengthen nails and make them shine.
MOISTURIZE Get silky soft skin and feet by massaging with the Organic Mint & Shea Butter Foot Lotion.
